Leads the Brand Marketing team during a temporary leadership transition, overseeing team performance, budgets, GTM execution, agency relationships, PR and communications, retail marketing programs, partnerships, cross-functional coordination, brand consistency, and executive reporting. The role manages direct reports, supports performance management, advises on strategic decisions, and ensures a smooth handoff to the returning leader.

Own Caraway’s onsite experimentation program and digital product roadmap across e-commerce experiences, including product pages, cart, checkout, homepage, landing pages, and PLPs. Define requirements, prioritize work, manage delivery, oversee QA, and analyze A/B tests using statistical discipline. Lead personalization and segmentation initiatives, partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Growth, Analytics, and Merchandising, and connect experiment results to conversion, customer outcomes, and incremental revenue.

Build and lead Caraway’s product safety and compliance function across cookware, appliances, food-contact materials, textiles, and packaging. Establish testing frameworks, regulatory processes, supplier diligence, material traceability, claims substantiation, lab relationships, and incident-response procedures. Monitor US and international regulations, manage audits and CAPAs, support transparent marketing claims, and educate cross-functional teams. The role requires extensive experience with consumer product compliance, food-contact materials, Asian suppliers and laboratories, and international travel of up to 35–40% annually.
