Coordinates with patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacy staff, social services, and manufacturers; educates stakeholders, assesses eligibility, resolves rejected applications, refers patients to alternative assistance, tracks recovered drug value, supports billing and reporting, and maintains patient confidentiality.

Manages facility security programs, contracted guard-force governance, access controls, surveillance, intrusion detection, security metrics, and loss-prevention processes. Conducts physical security risk assessments and investigations, coordinates with vendors, law enforcement, HR, Legal, and site leadership, and develops security procedures and awareness training. Leads security committees, crisis-management exercises, and corrective actions to protect employees, facilities, and high-risk inventory areas.
