Lead and scale CareMessage’s partner ecosystem to drive partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced ARR, co-sell motions, sponsored programs, and measurable patient impact. Own partner strategy, negotiation, lifecycle management, cross-functional governance, AI-enabled partner operations, and market intelligence to convert partnerships into revenue and product leverage while protecting mission and product integrity.

The COO will lead a multi-functional team to build operational capacity, implement AI strategy, ensure compliance, and drive organizational performance aligned with patient impact and health equity.

Build and maintain API-to-API and EHR integrations (FHIR/HL7), collaborate with Product and Customer Success, develop integrations in Rhapsody, provide documentation and on-call support, and improve integration architecture and processes.
