Coordinate camp-like afterschool and weekend enrichment programs for children and adults (9+) with developmental disabilities. Lead and schedule staff, design and implement activities, manage assets and transportation, track enrollment and attendance, ensure participant safety and compliance, order supplies, document incidents, communicate with families and management, and attend required trainings and meetings.

Provide first-level IT support across multiple NYC locations: install and support Windows hardware/software, manage users in Active Directory and Office 365, participate in upgrades, prioritize and complete tasks, escalate issues, and support occasional after-hours program initiatives.

Provide high-level administrative and project support to the CEO: manage complex calendar and travel, screen communications, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare briefing materials, transcribe notes and action items, maintain confidential records, support governance compliance, create project plans and dashboards, and perform related duties to ensure efficient executive operations.
