Provides consulting, subject matter expertise, vendor and client guidance, project leadership, and mentorship. Supports grant acquisition, research and development, standards creation, and organizational improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of experience. It is full time, based in Virginia, and partially remote.
