Teams at Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery

Supports the Training and Development team through administrative coordination, onboarding class preparation, training material maintenance, workflow documentation, filing, meeting support, and office operations. Conducts call monitoring and performance evaluations to ensure tele-sales and benefits staff comply with CMS, DOH, and company guidelines. Provides software and application training support, identifies ongoing training needs, and assists trainers, auditors, and the Director with projects and process improvements.
