Provide technical guidance, presentations, demonstrations, training, specification support, proposal content, and RFP responses. Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, service, and product teams while positioning integrated controls, HVAC, analytics, and lifecycle solutions. Build strategic customer relationships, monitor competitive trends, and support pipeline and market-share growth across New York and New Jersey.
