Field-based Account Executive responsible for retention, growth and upsells within an assigned Long Island territory. Maintain daily Salesforce hygiene, manage pipeline and forecasts, deliver in-person demos and presentations, and travel ~75% for face-to-face customer engagement. Partner cross-functionally to drive customer value and consistently meet quota.

Provides enterprise legal counsel on corporate, commercial, employment, compliance, consumer protection, cybersecurity, data privacy, and litigation matters. Drafts and negotiates contracts, reviews policies and advertising, manages litigation with outside counsel, conducts legal research, and supports mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, licensing, and strategic business initiatives.
