Teams at CAST AI

Own 2–3 large global enterprise accounts, driving account growth, upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and multi-million-dollar ARR expansion. Manage executive relationships, identify new use cases and budgets, negotiate and close complex contracts, monitor account health and customer value, and partner with technical account managers and R&D. Requires extensive enterprise sales or account management experience, strong executive networking, contract negotiation expertise, and familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud environments.

Serve as the founding customer-facing engineer for Kimchi, leading demos, customer environment setup, LLM inference optimization, model routing, governance policy implementation, and serverless API integrations. Translate customer feedback into product improvements while identifying revenue expansion opportunities. Explain complex AI concepts to non-ML engineers and optimize workloads for coding, reasoning, and planning use cases.

Owns Cast AI’s commercial contracting lifecycle, including sales, renewal, vendor, reseller, SaaS, subscription, SLA, and EULA agreements. Advises on contract, privacy, intellectual property, corporate governance, and compliance matters; coordinates commercial disputes with external counsel; standardizes contracting processes; and supervises APAC legal resources. Partners closely with sales, customer success, deal desk, billing, support, and compliance teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
