Drive client acquisition and job posting growth for Backstage's talent marketplaces by prospecting leads, conducting demos, onboarding clients, building partnerships, attending industry events, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve product adoption, retention, and measurable ROI.

Lead and mentor a full-stack engineering team to transition desktop and mobile apps to cloud-based SaaS. Own architecture, feature development, infrastructure, reliability, monitoring, and code quality while contributing hands-on (approx. 50% coding, 50% leadership). Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to design scalable, performant features and reduce technical debt.

Manage third-party vendor risk, respond to security questionnaires, support SOC 1/2 audits, maintain compliance automation platforms, collect audit evidence, document policies and controls, track risk and remediation, and present risk findings to leadership.
