Serve as first point of contact for clients via inbound/outbound calls and email; schedule appointments, verify PHI and authorizations, document interactions, triage and escalate issues, support admissions coordination, and meet productivity and quality standards while following regulations and SOPs.

Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning using adult-learning models (ADDIE/SAM). Build modules in Articulate Storyline/Rise, collaborate with SMEs, create assessments, apply UDL/WCAG 2.1 accessibility, use AI for content curation, and manage project scope and review cycles to meet organizational learning goals.
