Supports planning and execution of global corporate events, including conferences, trade shows, roadshows, customer events, and brand activations. Coordinates logistics, venues, registrations, shipping, travel, vendors, contracts, invoices, event materials, booth assets, timelines, and onsite staffing. The role also supports lead management and post-event follow-up while collaborating with marketing, sales, operations, and external partners.

Provide post-sales technical support for Cato’s cloud networking and security platform. Own customer issues through resolution, troubleshoot complex production problems, mentor support engineers, create knowledge articles, and collaborate with engineering, customer success, professional services, and product management. Serve as a trusted customer advisor by understanding business needs, monitoring customer status, identifying risks and growth opportunities, and helping expand global support services.

Lead channel enablement across the Americas by partnering with channel leadership, designing role-specific training and sales resources, building train-the-trainer programs, supporting partner eLearning and workshops, and translating field insights into scalable programs. Collaborate with global enablement, marketing, product, sales, and RevOps teams while using performance data and business outcomes to improve channel execution, sourced opportunities, and revenue.
