As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving adoption of Cato's technology. Responsibilities include building relationships, conducting briefings, and overseeing renewals and upsells.

Lead product marketing for the North America region: drive product launches, craft positioning and content, build competitive intelligence, enable sales with demos and materials, coordinate analyst and event messaging, and create demand-generating thought leadership.

Manage and optimize B2B paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other channels. Oversee budgets, targeting, bidding, creative and A/B tests; partner with content, demand gen, SDR and ops; build reporting that ties spend to leads and pipeline; use AI and automation to improve analysis and performance.
