Lead national outsourced accounting strategy and growth by unifying regional practices, expanding technology-enabled advisory services, scaling teams and offshore resources, establishing standardized processes and KPIs aligned to CAS 2.0, and driving go-to-market, pricing, and talent strategies to achieve profitable, scalable client services.

Lead and oversee nonprofit tax compliance and consulting for charities, foundations, and educational/health organizations. Review complex filings (Forms 990, 990-PF), advise on UBIT, executive compensation, and foundation rules, partner with audit/advisory teams, grow the exempt organizations practice, mentor staff, maintain client relationships, ensure quality control, meet business development and billing goals, and stay current on tax developments affecting exempt entities.

Lead design, governance, and administration of global compensation strategy and long-term incentive programs (RSUs, PSUs). Partner with Finance, Legal, and senior leaders on equity plan design, incentive structures, governance, financial modeling, and executive compensation disclosures. Manage compensation cycles, support M&A analysis, and lead a high-performing compensation team to align pay with performance and shareholder value.

Lead and grow a specialized digital assets practice: develop client relationships, drive business development, manage budgeting, billing and collections, coach staff, ensure quality control, meet departmental goals, participate in senior operations, and handle administrative responsibilities.

Supervise accounting and audit engagements, ensure quality control, manage budgets and charge hours, review and mentor team members, assist with client billing, develop industry specialization, and participate in practice development and administrative duties.

Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity clients, including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow and profitability analyses; develop client-ready deliverables; communicate findings to clients and internal teams; support transaction recommendations and mentor junior staff.

Lead Global Information Reporting (GIR) services for private equity clients, advising on FATCA, CRS, Chapter 3 and withholding regimes. Manage client relationships, direct consulting/compliance engagements, guide audits, drive business development, deliver technical training, recruit and mentor staff, and contribute to internal practice management.

Serve as the primary client-facing resource for assigned employer/group benefits accounts, resolving moderately complex service issues, coordinating with carriers/vendors, managing enrollments, renewals and new client setups, inputting data into systems, escalating concerns, and driving client retention and cross-sell opportunities. May mentor junior service staff.

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand-generation and account-based marketing campaigns across the funnel. Build landing pages, forms, email, paid and social campaigns, enable sales with templates and reporting, manage customer journeys, and produce data-driven insights and dashboards to drive sales-ready leads.

Serve as a national Subject Matter Expert on partnership and LLC pass-through taxation, advising offices on complex tax issues, leading allocation modeling, shaping national policy, driving thought leadership, training, and expanding billable partnership/LLC practice. Travel to meetings and programs across the country as needed.

Lead SALT (state and local tax) compliance and consulting engagements for financial services clients. Provide technical guidance on multistate income/franchise, sales/use, nexus, apportionment, and income sourcing. Advise on tax treatment of financial products, intercompany transactions, fintech models, and complex entity structures. Conduct nexus and filing footprint analyses, support audit defense and controversy matters, monitor state tax developments, and help grow SALT offerings within the firm.

Lead US-outbound transfer pricing planning for multinational clients: design and review intercompany pricing policies, manage engagements, support local reporting and audits, analyze financial and economic data, review GAAP statements, and research comparable companies.

Serve as a hands-on finance operator for private equity-backed portfolio companies, executing complex accounting and finance workstreams, improving reporting and close processes, supporting audit readiness, and leading client deliverables while managing assigned teams and timelines.

Manage and optimize employee benefits technology (primarily Employee Navigator). Train staff and clients, schedule and execute implementations, troubleshoot platform issues, configure sites for renewals and open enrollment, and provide ongoing product training and support.
