Lead national outsourced accounting strategy and growth by unifying regional practices, expanding technology-enabled advisory services, scaling teams and offshore resources, establishing standardized processes and KPIs aligned to CAS 2.0, and driving go-to-market, pricing, and talent strategies to achieve profitable, scalable client services.

Perform and manage accounting, tax and audit engagements; review and supervise associates; meet engagement budgets and charge goals; train staff; support client billing; develop specialty practice knowledge such as digital assets; participate in practice development and other assigned administrative duties.

Support audit engagements by collecting and reconciling on-chain data, preparing draft workpapers and data extracts, researching blockchain protocols and digital asset platforms, assisting internal controls reviews for digital asset management, and collaborating with engagement teams to support audit readiness and client deliverables.
