Serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor managing private client tax engagements. Oversee preparation and review of tax returns, financial statements, and workpapers; supervise, train and mentor staff; develop client relationships and new business; manage engagement budgets, billing, and realization; recommend process improvements and ensure quality control. Participate in client meetings, proposals, and presentations. Maintain CPA credential and travel as needed.

Supervise private client tax engagements (gifts, trusts, estates, foundations, closely held entities). Oversee and review team work, mentor staff, manage budgets and charge-hour goals, assist billing, develop industry specialization, support practice development, and travel to client sites as needed.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for AI Advisory & Transformation practice. Build full-funnel integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, email and partners; align with sales to drive pipeline. Oversee SEO/paid media, AI-driven search approaches, and AI integration into marketing workflows. Manage and mentor a marketing team, external partners, and measure campaign performance to optimize ROI.
