Own the strategy, roadmap, business case, and lifecycle of CCC’s agentic AI product platform. Define AI agent workflows, human oversight, safety guardrails, evaluations, and auditability for regulated claims processes. Partner with customers, engineering, design, legal, compliance, sales, and marketing to validate needs, build and launch products, measure adoption, and guide iteration or investment decisions.

Own and establish CCC’s product documentation and structured knowledge function. Lead release notes, changelogs, documentation standards, Confluence architecture, governance, workflow integration, AI-ready content practices, and content quality audits. Build a trusted product source of truth for internal and customer-facing teams, while eventually hiring, coaching, and managing technical writers.

Own the strategy, roadmap, commercial case, and launch of a zero-to-one agentic AI product line for auto insurance claims. Define agent autonomy, human oversight, safety guardrails, evaluations, escalation paths, and audit trails. Validate workflows with senior insurance executives, build customer-facing pitches and pricing, partner with sales and marketing, and develop working agents alongside engineers. Establish adoption hypotheses, value propositions, and kill criteria while operating effectively in regulated, ambiguous enterprise environments.
