Architect, build, and maintain Snowflake-based ELT pipelines and production data models. Implement observability, data quality, and governance; optimize cost and freshness. Partner with Analytics, Product, and Engineering, use dbt/CI-CD and AI-assisted tooling, and participate in reviews and architecture planning to support analytics, BI, and ML.

Lead analytics work across revenue, product, customer, and operations by building dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, defining metrics and reporting standards, validating data quality with Data Engineering, and using AI tools to automate reporting and accelerate insights. Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and proactively surface trends and opportunities.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, documented data models and the Gold data layer using dbt/Coalesce. Ensure data quality through automated tests, observability, version control, and CI/CD. Optimize SQL and warehouse performance, collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics, and support semantic layers and BI catalogs to enable trusted, self-service insights for Product, Finance, and GTM teams.

Own the full sales cycle for commercial customers: prospect, qualify, conduct discovery, demo Celigo's iPaaS, coordinate technical evaluations, use AI tools and Salesforce to forecast, meet revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to close deals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B SaaS accounts. Build long-term relationships, drive adoption and retention, manage renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional delivery, track account health and usage, conduct business reviews, and maintain CRM records to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Lead strategy and execution for Core Platform, AI, API management, and data ingestion products. Manage and develop senior PMs, drive AI product-market fit, operationalize AI-first PM practices, support sales and analyst relations, and own multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue and retention.

Lead and coach a team of Partner Account Managers to drive partner-sourced revenue across North America. Own pipeline, forecast, attainment, deal coaching, and escalate/resolving partner issues. Act as senior partner-facing executive for top ecosystem partners, run QBRs and on-site meetings, and translate channel strategy into field execution while collaborating cross-functionally.

Design, build, and operate scalable integrations and AI agents using Celigo integrator.io, LangChain/LangGraph and modern cloud data pipelines. Collaborate with business stakeholders to automate processes, ensure data quality and security, own integrations end-to-end, produce technical documentation, and support operational hand-offs.
