Teams at Celigo

Own Celigo’s Customer Zero program, driving internal adoption of its integration and automation products across GTM, CX, and G&A systems. Build the roadmap, improve business processes, prioritize product feedback, and establish governance, reference architectures, and proof points. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, while representing Celigo externally through customer conversations and industry events. The role requires strong product leadership, enterprise systems expertise, AI fluency, executive presence, and an outcomes-focused approach.

Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and deep-dives for Celigo’s integration and automation platform. Partner with Account Executives on consultative SaaS sales cycles, develop scalable API and integration architectures, create sales enablement assets, and translate customer use cases into product feedback. Advise prospects on AI-enabled automation, integration patterns, APIs, EDI, and data pipelines while supporting customer acquisition and account expansion.

Owns hands-on marketing operations execution, including webinar programs, demo conversion, lead routing, lifecycle management, campaign builds, database hygiene, QA, and funnel reporting. The role uses HubSpot, Salesforce, and LeanData daily, partners with demand generation, SDR, content, and revenue operations teams, and troubleshoots routing and synchronization issues while improving conversion and campaign performance.
