Sell mobile and digital forensics hardware, software and services to SOCOM and related defense agencies; develop strategic account plans, build pipeline, engage resellers and system integrators, forecast sales, present proposals, and represent Cellebrite at events to meet revenue targets.

Design, provision, and maintain AWS infrastructure; build and maintain Terraform IaC; develop CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI); automate tasks with Bash and Node.js; manage Linux systems; enforce secure networking and Git workflows; monitor, troubleshoot, and improve developer experience and reliability.

Provide technical customer support for Cellebrite SaaS solutions via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot browser-based application issues on Windows workstations, manage cases in CRM, meet SLAs/KPIs, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain high CSAT through clear communication and timely resolution.
