Lead Louisiana Healthcare Connections operations, set policies and procedures, represent the organization to stakeholders, develop short- and long-term strategic plans, ensure financial stability and arrange financing, oversee contracting and operations, and manage hiring, training, and staff performance to ensure compliance and optimization.

Lead FP&A and G&A finance for a business unit: develop and monitor annual operating plans, forecast and analyze financial performance, manage headcount planning, identify medical cost trends and improvements, support contract financial impact and negotiations, oversee pricing models, reporting strategy, and coordinate with actuaries and senior management.

Design, develop, train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor scalable AI/ML models to predict member outcomes. Perform EDA, feature engineering, data extraction with SQL/Python/R, ensure data quality and fairness, build CI/CD pipelines, containerize models (Docker/Kubernetes), and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders. Support model maintenance, logging/alerting, unit testing, and team best-practice initiatives.
