It is hybrid in New York City and may include occasional evening or weekend events.

Maintains accurate program data, researches and triages client needs, responds to escalated inquiries, reports trends to partners, and supports continuous improvement of direct service programs. The role requires hybrid office work in New York and occasional evening or weekend events.
