Manage end-to-end residential lending projects and loan production from origination through funding and closing. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory and investor compliance, lead process improvements, perform post-closing audits, monitor pipeline metrics, and support reporting and quality control to advance affordable homeownership programs.

Coordinate outreach and education on energy efficiency and renewable programs for homeowners; manage a 50-60 client caseload, track progress in a CRM (Salesforce), organize events/workshops, connect residents to services, create reports, and propose improvements to engagement and program delivery. Support integration of sustainability into organizational work and maintain knowledge of relevant policies and programs.
