Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, driver-based models, financial modeling, board and investor reporting, cross-functional partnership with GTM, product, and ops, and build an FP&A function. Support strategic analyses, scenario planning, M&A diligence, and BI-driven metric deep dives.

Own the full sales cycle for laundromat and dry-cleaning operators: demo, discovery, negotiation, and close. Work inbound and outbound leads, maintain a healthy pipeline, hit high outbound activity, use bundled pricing, keep Salesforce updated, and document winning sales tactics.

Own and drive Cents OS product across in-store attendant tools (Cents POS) and operator-facing controls (Cents Business Manager). Define strategy, run discovery, write requirements, lead agile delivery with distributed engineering and design teams, track metrics, and execute launches. Engage stakeholders, conduct user research, and continuously improve processes to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that help laundromat and garment care operators run their businesses.
