Develops and executes regional business development strategies for instrumentation and monitoring services across Northeast infrastructure and construction markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline generation, client presentations, contract negotiation, market analysis, strategic partnerships, account expansion, CRM management, forecasting, and achieving sales targets. The role builds relationships with engineering firms, contractors, owners, public agencies, and developers while coordinating with technical and operations teams. Extensive travel throughout the Northeast Corridor is required.

Supports geotechnical and structural monitoring programs for infrastructure and construction projects. Responsibilities include developing instrumentation plans, coordinating instrument installation, analyzing monitoring data, preparing technical reports, establishing alert thresholds, coordinating field teams and subcontractors, conducting site visits, communicating with project stakeholders, and supporting proposals. The role combines office-based engineering, project coordination, and frequent fieldwork throughout the New York metropolitan area.
