Leads complex traffic engineering, transportation planning, operations, and ITS projects. Performs and oversees traffic studies, forecasting, simulation, trip assignment, multimodal analysis, corridor and airport roadway evaluations. Coordinates large-scale studies, provides technical oversight and QA/QC, mentors junior engineers, and supports proposals, client presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
