Provide executive support to GVP Americas and GVP International: manage complex calendars, travel, communications, and meeting prep; support revenue programs and events; act as primary onsite NYC office manager handling vendors, facilities, and workplace experience; coordinate with Revenue leadership and EBPs; ensure operational excellence and discretion. Expected onsite presence ~2 days/week.

The Compensation Manager will lead compensation planning, conduct market benchmarking, and work cross-functionally to define and operationalize compensation strategies for a growing tech company.

Run technical outbound to generate enterprise pipeline by engaging engineering and security stakeholders, qualifying opportunities, collaborating with AEs on account strategy, and using Salesforce and Outreach/Salesloft to track and improve messaging.
