Supports project leadership in planning and executing translational oncology studies. Responsibilities include entering and maintaining study data, developing timelines and protocols, coordinating schedules and materials, managing LIMS activities, supporting in vivo study enrollment, arranging sample shipments, and resolving study issues. The role collaborates with project leaders, laboratory operations, procurement, logistics, and client teams while managing multiple priorities and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Manages client-facing scientific data and bioinformatics projects from scoping through delivery. Coordinates Data Engineering and Bioinformatics teams, defines requirements, oversees data access and analyses, performs quality control, prepares reports and documentation, tracks revenue, and communicates progress to clients. Provides scientific pre-sales support, recommends oncology model applications, supports client relationships, and identifies new opportunities. Requires expertise in preclinical oncology, multi-omic data, RNA-seq, whole exome sequencing, project management, and technical communication.
