Provides executive administrative and operational support to the President’s Office, including calendar and inbox management, meeting logistics, travel coordination, expense processing, and office workflows. Supports patient experience by checking in appointments, processing billing through the EMR, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and managing prescription requests and prior authorizations. Works Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Design, implement, and maintain production-oriented NLP and LLM models; build data pipelines and HPC analyses; integrate ML solutions with clinical research tools; ensure data quality, privacy compliance, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Welcomes and checks in patients, families, staff, and guests; routes visitors; maintains waiting areas; handles phone inquiries; assists with intake scheduling; follows opening, closing, and safety procedures; scores psychological assessments; prepares reports for clinicians; and protects patient information under HIPAA guidelines.

Leads IT operations across infrastructure, cloud services, end-user computing, cybersecurity operations, service delivery, and vendors. Ensures secure, reliable, scalable technology services; establishes continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and ITIL-based service management; manages investments and operational metrics; and develops high-performing cross-functional IT teams supporting clinical, research, educational, and administrative objectives.

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and secure infrastructure for multimodal synthetic data, AI evaluation, real-time model monitoring, and clinical research data. Responsibilities include data transformation, preprocessing, quality assurance, database management, privacy compliance, interactive dashboards, pipeline documentation, and scientific dissemination.

Lead product strategy and execution for two digital mental-health products (research data platform and AI journaling app). Define vision, roadmaps, success metrics; align cross-functional teams; validate market fit; drive adoption, engagement, and mission impact; apply AI knowledge and domain research experience to deliver measurable outcomes.

Manage financial administration of sponsored awards including budget monitoring, forecasting, invoicing, reconciliations, journal entries, revenue recognition, audit readiness, compliance with Uniform Guidance, and stakeholder reporting.

Support and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns for Science & Engineering initiatives. Create accessible content from complex research, manage email, web and social channels, build marketing assets, track campaign performance, coordinate project timelines, and maintain marketing documentation and calendars.

Lead communications planning and reporting for Science & Engineering: produce dashboards, impact reports, internal updates, and cross-channel content. Translate complex scientific and operational information into clear materials to increase visibility and stakeholder engagement across web, social, email, press, and presentations.

Lead development and analysis of multimodal brain and body imaging studies using advanced statistical learning to identify clinically useful biomarkers. Design acquisition protocols, develop analytic pipelines, publish manuscripts, prepare grants as PI/co-PI, mentor junior staff, and oversee data infrastructure and collaborative relationships.

Provide comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults (including ADOS-2/ADI-R). Deliver written reports and in-person feedback, offer remediation and organizational skills training, consult with schools, supervise trainees, conduct community outreach, and maintain clinical documentation. Hybrid role based in NYC.

As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee financial recording, prepare financial statements, manage audits, and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Lead enterprise revenue strategy and evaluate business lines for financial performance, scalability, and mission alignment. Provide market intelligence, develop go-to-market plans, build performance dashboards, and advise executives and board on growth, investments, and portfolio decisions to drive diversified, data-driven revenue growth across clinical, research, education, and global programs.
