Lead product strategy and execution for two digital mental-health products (research data platform and AI journaling app). Define vision, roadmaps, success metrics; align cross-functional teams; validate market fit; drive adoption, engagement, and mission impact; apply AI knowledge and domain research experience to deliver measurable outcomes.

The Director of Applications will oversee the organization's application portfolio, develop enterprise application strategies, manage integration projects, and collaborate with IT leadership to align systems with business goals.

Serve as chief legal advisor to executive leadership and the Board; manage governance, compliance, contracts, intellectual property, insurance, registrations, risk, technology and privacy legal issues; advise on HR, research/IRB, clinical and finance-related legal matters; manage outside counsel and pro bono relationships; support growth, fundraising, and domestic/international expansion.
