Provides clerical and administrative support, including typing, filing, calendar and meeting coordination, telephone communications, reporting, admissions and discharge processing, billing assistance, attendance tracking, supply ordering, and records maintenance. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, confidentiality, judgment, and proficiency with office software. The role may involve varied schedules, travel across New York City locations, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds.

Manages full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, candidate experience, employer branding, campus recruiting, and talent pipeline development. Partners with hiring managers and leaders to meet staffing needs, improve selection processes, maintain compliance, and support retention initiatives. Administers new-hire engagement surveys, develops recruitment reports and strategies, and helps strengthen the organization’s employer brand and workforce diversity.

Leads organization-wide IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology integrations, disaster recovery, and project execution across 17 locations. Advises executive leadership, manages IT operations and vendors, oversees budgets and compliance, and develops the technical team supporting more than 500 employees. The role also drives modernization, digital transformation, user support, system reliability, and operational resilience.
