Supports community-based legal services for immigrant, AAPI, and low-income New Yorkers. Responsibilities include client intake, document collection, confidential recordkeeping, case and legal document support, clinic coordination, referrals, court and agency communication, Know-Your-Rights workshops, and translation of legal resources. The role collaborates with attorneys, community organizations, and social services staff while providing administrative and logistical support.

Develops and adapts curricula and lesson plans for middle school youth in after-school academic, STEAM, literacy, life skills, leadership, fitness, and social-emotional learning activities. Maintains staff and participant records, prepares progress reports, supports family engagement, attends required meetings, completes professional development, and follows DYCD, DOH, and SACC requirements.

Monitors school hallways, entrances, exits, and common areas to support a safe environment. Assists with student supervision, conflicts, emergencies, evacuations, lockdowns, and safety procedures. Observes and reports concerning behavior, documents incidents, provides directions, prevents unauthorized access, and uses de-escalation techniques. Collaborates with administrators, teachers, counselors, security personnel, and emergency responders while referring students to appropriate support staff.
