Teams at Christie's

Supervise Client Service operations across bidding channels, inboxes, front-of-house and payments. Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, KPIs, escalations and continuous improvement to ensure accurate bid execution and exceptional client service. Liaise with internal departments and lead process changes and special projects.

Support Account Managers in appraisals, sale proposals, and consignments: prepare and proof appraisals, track consignments and statements, coordinate moves/pick-ups, assist with travel and client interactions, and provide general administrative support for the Trusts, Estates & Appraisals department.

Project-manage and write proposals, presentations, market reports and letters to win consignments. Develop messaging, gather comparable sales data, coordinate with designers, coach specialists on pitches, proofread, and meet tight deadlines while collaborating across the Proposals team.
