Supports the global ServiceNow HR product by gathering requirements, configuring HR services and workflows, coordinating testing and releases, supporting integrations, building reports and dashboards, designing HR processes, and training users. The role partners with HR stakeholders and technology teams to optimize HR service delivery, maintain knowledge resources, and contribute to project planning and ongoing platform support.

Leads investor relations strategy and engagement, including shareholder and market analysis, earnings materials, investor presentations, press releases, disclosure compliance, meetings, website updates, investor inquiries, vendor management, budgeting, and departmental administration. Partners with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant market communications.

Lead strategy, sales and marketing for ESIS Specialty Claims; build and manage national specialty sales team; drive new business from programs, MGAs/MGUs, captives and brokers; collaborate with claims and account teams; develop products, pricing, and metrics; represent ESIS externally and ensure achievement of sales targets.
