Drives technology-enabled process improvements, develops tax capabilities, monitors legislative changes, and coaches team members in a complex multinational environment.

Lead US federal and state tax controversy matters for a multinational insurer, including IRS and state examinations, audit responses, tax-law analysis, dispute resolution, transaction reviews, and tax-risk mitigation. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Treasury, Accounting, external advisors, and tax authorities while monitoring legislative developments and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
