Provides licensed nursing care to senior residents in an assisted living community. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital-sign monitoring, documentation, narcotic counts, care-plan support, chart audits, physician communication, appointment scheduling, resident assessments, and supervision of resident assistants. The nurse also responds to resident needs, supports wellness programs, maintains regulatory compliance, and communicates with families and healthcare professionals.
