Responsibilities include managing the full production environment, service levels, error budgets, release authority, observability, and 24/7 multi-shift operations. The role will also build and lead the platform reliability team and design its shift rotation.

Own the smart-contract release train for a permissioned EVM rollup built on the OP Stack. Lead external audits, maintain Quant’s fork of upstream Optimism, assess intentional protocol divergences, and investigate and explain unexpected chain behavior to reliability engineers, security teams, and banking customers.

Leads the operation for The Clearing House’s On-Chain Money Initiative, serving as the accountable executive for contracts, commercial relationships, service levels, operational roadmap, regional P&L, staffing, and budget. Oversees platform reliability and security leaders, establishes operating standards for a regulated 24x7 financial infrastructure, and manages relationships with bank executives and engineering teams ahead of the 2027 launch.

Own security operations for a regulated on-chain money platform, including 24/7 SOC coverage, PKI and certificate lifecycle management, threat intelligence, blockchain transaction monitoring, incident response, and regulatory evidence. Establish and validate the security model ahead of the 2027 launch while partnering with Platform Reliability on security and availability incidents.
