Serve as the primary technical interface between U.S. customer engineering teams and Taipei-based development teams. Translate requirements into dashboard solutions for ASIC bring-up, NPI, testing, and data center hardware/software observability. Coordinate globally distributed engineering efforts, monitor program health, manage technical risks, drive mitigation plans, review solutions, communicate status, and improve dashboard functionality and delivery efficiency.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise web applications, including frontends, backend services, APIs, databases, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Own features throughout the software lifecycle, participate in architecture and code reviews, modernize legacy systems, troubleshoot production issues, and improve reliability, performance, and engineering practices.
