Design, deploy, and automate cloud-native services, implement IaC, monitor and audit systems, collaborate with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities, participate in 24x7 incident response and capacity planning, and ensure platform reliability, performance, and compliance.

Lead consultative engagements aligning Cisco AI infrastructure and connectivity solutions to customer outcomes; design go-to-market and high-growth sales motions; create sales assets and multi-year business cases; run customer workshops and thought leadership; orchestrate cross-functional programs with Product, Marketing, IT, and global sales to drive pipeline and bookings.

Build, operate, and improve Kubernetes-based production infrastructure and deployment systems for cloud and air-gapped environments. Own deployments, observability, automation, CI/CD, and incident response. Tune databases and infrastructure, develop tooling in Python/Go, manage IaC (Terraform), and collaborate with engineering and customers to ensure secure, scalable, reliable systems.
