Supports HR operations across retail stores and a distribution center. Manages workers’ compensation claims, leave administration, employee relations, investigations, HR documentation, compliance records, and employee inquiries. Partners with HR leadership and operational managers to apply policies consistently, resolve workplace issues, and support a positive employee experience.

Develops category strategies to increase sales and profitability across retail channels. Analyzes market trends, consumer behavior, sales data, forecasting, and inventory levels to optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and product availability. Collaborates with merchandising, supply chain, marketing, sales, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while monitoring competitors and presenting category performance to senior management.

Manages and expands sales across assigned U.S. territories by prospecting, developing key accounts, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role is responsible for meeting sales quotas, maintaining customer relationships, tracking performance, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and representing the company at trade shows and networking events.
