Teams at Citarella

Manage full-cycle recruiting: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, advise hiring managers, maintain high-volume pipelines, ensure excellent candidate experience, conduct reference and exit interviews, support campus recruiting and job description creation. Represent Citarella brand and values, work with ATS and Microsoft Office, and support travel to locations as needed.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires across stores, commissary, and corporate functions. Coordinate orientations, compliance paperwork, HRIS tracking, and travel to multiple locations to ensure new hire readiness and engagement.

Provide administrative support to the Buying Team: manage calendars, vendor communications, purchase orders, data entry, vendor records, meeting notes, PTO tracking, calls, office tasks, supply orders, and warehouse coordination to keep procurement operations running smoothly.
