Citizen Advocates is a Malone, New York–based provider of integrated, community-based health and human services across Upstate New York. It delivers mental health and addiction treatment, physical health and developmental-disability services, plus housing and practical supports such as job training, food security and transportation. Its mission is to strengthen access to convenient, high-quality care and supports that promote individual health, whole-person well-being and stronger communities.
