Supports middle-market M&A transactions in the Consumer and Retail sector by building financial models, performing valuations, conducting due diligence, preparing transaction documents and pitch materials, participating in client meetings, developing transaction strategies, and supporting business development. The role works closely with junior and senior bankers and manages multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Supports senior bankers in advising consumer and retail clients and executing M&A, capital markets, leveraged finance, refinancing, restructuring, and equity transactions. Responsibilities include financial modeling, company and industry research, transaction analysis, pitch preparation, credit and underwriting processes, due diligence, legal documentation, marketing materials, and transaction execution. The Associate also supervises and develops analyst-level bankers.

Work on M&A, equity and debt transactions for digital infrastructure clients (data centers, fiber, broadband). Prepare financial models and valuations, conduct due diligence, draft pitch materials and transaction documents, support business development, and manage client interactions across deal execution.
