Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate donors through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, sponsorships, and fundraising campaigns. Secure six- and seven-figure gifts, develop new corporate partnerships, oversee donor engagement, and lead the annual holiday campaign. Supervise and mentor team members, create proposals and fundraising strategies, track portfolio performance in a donor CRM, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve revenue and organizational goals.

Leads enterprise risk management, commercial insurance, claims, workplace safety, loss prevention, business continuity, emergency preparedness, and contract risk review. Develops risk registers, policies, mitigation strategies, insurance renewals, incident response plans, and executive reporting. Partners cross-functionally to strengthen organizational resilience, manage disruptions, reduce claims, and foster a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Supports City Harvest’s digital marketing across social media, email, and website channels. Responsibilities include creating and updating content, managing digital calendars, supporting influencer initiatives, coordinating real-time social coverage, monitoring online communities, and producing monthly and annual performance reports. The role also assists with email campaigns, collaborates with internal and external partners, and manages multiple deadline-sensitive projects while traveling throughout New York City.
