Leads City Year New York’s career pathways strategy for AmeriCorps members. Builds partnerships with colleges, universities, employers, and community organizations; develops professional development programming, mentorships, career cohorts, and events; engages alumni; and evaluates career preparedness and placement outcomes. Manages the Senior Manager of Talent Pathways and coordinates cross-functional initiatives supporting economic mobility, certifications, education access, and employment pathways.

Manage individual giving activities including donor acquisition, portfolio management, stewardship, event-related donor engagement, data/reporting in Salesforce, and supporting cultivation and solicitation strategies to grow individual revenue.
