The Senior Manager of Institutional Giving oversees revenue generation from corporate and foundation partners, conducts outreach, manages donor relations, and prepares funding proposals and reports.

Manage individual giving activities including donor acquisition, portfolio management, stewardship, event-related donor engagement, data/reporting in Salesforce, and supporting cultivation and solicitation strategies to grow individual revenue.

Lead corporate and foundation fundraising strategy to grow $4M+ in private revenue. Manage institutional giving staff, steward major corporate and foundation partners, write competitive grants, cultivate a $25,000+ prospect pipeline, and leverage events and volunteer programs to increase multi-year commitments and diversify funding.
