As the first Talent hire, you will build the recruiting engine, oversee hiring processes, and develop people infrastructure for onboarding and performance management.

The Head of Claims will redesign claims operations, enhance technical standards, build elite teams, and partner with customers to achieve operational excellence and drive improvements in claims handling.

Partner with claims, operations, and product to identify inefficiencies, design and roll out process improvements and automations, capture data and metrics, and ensure adoption. Map workflows, produce requirements and documentation, run tests, and track impact to make claims handling faster and more efficient.

The role involves building a Sales organisation, driving high-stakes deals, experimenting for growth, and shaping the product in a high-intensity environment.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales to insurers and MGAs: build GTM infrastructure, close high-stakes deals, grow accounts, hand off to delivery, and shape product with Claims and Product teams.
