Engage directly with customer stakeholders, build and maintain systems supporting critical operations and onboarding, deliver reporting and insights, and lead platform improvements based on customer feedback. The role requires strong full-stack engineering, excellent communication, customer-facing comfort, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Partner with claims, operations, and product to identify inefficiencies, design and roll out process improvements and automations, capture data and metrics, and ensure adoption. Map workflows, produce requirements and documentation, run tests, and track impact to make claims handling faster and more efficient.

The role involves building a Sales organisation, driving high-stakes deals, experimenting for growth, and shaping the product in a high-intensity environment.
