Map workflows, produce requirements and documentation, run tests, and track impact to make claims handling faster and more efficient.

The role involves building a Sales organisation, driving high-stakes deals, experimenting for growth, and shaping the product in a high-intensity environment.

Own full customer lifecycle for insurer clients: lead onboarding and go-live, coordinate Ops/Claims/Product, manage SLAs and executive updates, de-escalate risk, drive renewals and expansion, and create repeatable playbooks.
