Teams at Clair

Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, concept testing, prototype validation, and customer discovery. Build Clair’s user research foundation, processes, repository, and roadmap. Partner with Product, Design, and Data to identify customer needs, synthesize findings, and turn insights into actionable product and strategy recommendations. Research financial products and sensitive financial decisions while helping establish a scalable research function.

Own Clair’s visual brand and marketing design across illustration, product visuals, motion, marketing emails, website pages, sales and partner decks, campaigns, social assets, and event collateral. Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and partnerships while maintaining high standards for typography, layout, composition, color, and craft. Manage multiple projects, translate open-ended briefs into polished work, and deliver production-ready digital and print assets.

Own and expand strategic platform partnerships, serving as the primary contact for high-value accounts and executive stakeholders. Lead partner onboarding, integrations, launches, business reviews, and performance analysis. Identify commercial growth opportunities, advocate for partner needs internally, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Operations. The role requires strong relationship management, product fluency, data literacy, organization, and independent ownership in a fast-moving fintech environment.
