Manages the Field Study student lifecycle from registration through certification and alumni engagement. Oversees Circle administration, student support, community moderation, communications, live programming, fellowship administration, records, and certification tracking. Builds operational workflows, coordinates cross-functional projects, analyzes student feedback and participation data, and improves the online education experience through automation and scalable systems.
