Lead and grow a team of Security and IT technical program managers and own the cyber security and IT program portfolio. Drive prioritization, resourcing, and delivery of cross-functional security initiatives, translate strategy into roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, and standardize playbooks and metrics.

Support product and privacy legal work by documenting product functionality, maintaining compliance records, managing privacy documents (DPAs, notices), coordinating cross-functional legal workflows, assisting attorneys with research on privacy and marketing laws, piloting AI/legal tech, and improving process and recordkeeping across jurisdictions.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for software and platform roles: build hiring plans, source hard-to-find candidates, manage candidate experience, use data/ATS (Greenhouse) to improve funnels, champion inclusive hiring, represent the brand at events, and partner with People & Culture and engineering/product leaders.
