Leads regional development of outdoor advertising assets, including identifying opportunities, negotiating leases, securing permits, navigating zoning and regulatory requirements, coordinating design and construction, and managing real estate acquisitions and relocations. Builds relationships with government officials, attends public hearings, modernizes ordinances, partners with legal and executive stakeholders, and supervises a development team of two to four employees.

Serve as the primary financial business partner for a branch, leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. Oversee month-end close coordination with Shared Services, ensure compliance and controls, advise branch leadership on performance and strategic decisions, drive process improvements, and support cross-functional initiatives and special projects.

The Manager of Programmatic Account Management oversees account teams, manages post-sale execution for high-value clients, drives revenue growth, and enhances partnerships in a programmatic context.
