The Attorney Development Manager leads talent development initiatives for the firm’s U.S. litigation practice. Responsibilities include coaching associates, managing performance reviews, analyzing attorney capacity and utilization metrics, supporting staffing and workforce planning, developing training and mentoring programs, advising practice leaders, and advancing diversity and inclusion goals. The role also prepares reports, presents recommendations, maintains associate data, and collaborates with firmwide talent teams and senior leaders.

Leads billing and collections strategy for assigned law firm practice groups or offices. Oversees invoicing, accounts receivable, aging analysis, client billing requirements, reporting, audits, collections escalation, team management, training, and process improvement. Collaborates with partners, finance teams, pricing operations, and technology teams to improve billing accuracy, revenue-cycle timing, compliance, and management reporting.

Leads the firm's in-house software development team and oversees the design, delivery, security, integration, and support of enterprise applications across web, SharePoint Online, and mobile platforms. Manages developers, establishes modern engineering and secure development practices, directs SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions, oversees CI/CD and AI-assisted coding standards, provides level-three support, and partners with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver complex projects.
