Draft, negotiate, and maintain NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, BAAs, and vendor agreements; build templates and playbooks; support corporate governance and compliance; coordinate with outside counsel and conduct legal research to advise business teams.

Lead and mature the companys information security program: maintain ISMS and certifications, run SOC operations (SIEM/EDR), integrate security into SDLC, manage vulnerability and incident response, oversee third-party/vendor risk, conduct security testing and training, and support regulatory cybersecurity QMS documentation and submissions for FDA, EU MDR, NIST standards.

Lead marketing for prescription digital therapeutics and OTC products: define brand strategy, market shaping, omnichannel and performance marketing, create promotional materials, manage agencies and budgets, drive patient assistance and KOL engagement, support field training and launch planning for new indications and international expansion.
