Teams at ClickHouse

Provide 24x7 technical support for ClickHouse users and prospects via tickets, chat, Slack, and calls. Triage issues, run POCs, create documentation and knowledge-base content, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams, mentor colleagues, and help improve support processes.

Design and build high-throughput database integrations and data-intensive systems. Ensure end-to-end reliability, debug production issues, improve tooling and observability, participate in on-call rotation, collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, and drive product and open-source innovation.

This role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of ClickHouse's cloud infrastructure, collaborating with engineering teams, incident management, and driving continuous improvement in service availability.
